MitoFuel is a cutting edge NAD+ optimizer built around the evidence-based NR-PT combination: nicotinamide riboside to help replenish NAD+, and pterostilbene to support SIRT1-associated cellular resilience. MitoFuel pairs NR, a direct NAD+ precursor, with pterostilbene, a bioavailable stilbene polyphenol with demonstrated SIRT1 activation. NR supports the NAD+ salvage pathway, increasing availability of NAD+ for NAD+-dependent enzymes including sirtuins and PARPs. Pterostilbene provides a complementary polyphenol signal through SIRT1/Nrf2-associated pathways. Its SIRT1 activation further improves NAD+ availability, while supporting oxidative stress buffering and overall ATP capacity. 

In the published NR-PT human study, daily NR + pterostilbene significantly and sustainably increased whole-blood NAD+ over 8 weeks. Clinical NR research has shown that nicotinamide riboside not only enhances neuronal ATP metabolism but provides its own neuroprotective effects. These actions are complemented by pterostilbene's powerful antioxidant and SIRT1 benefits, creating a potent synergy that increases ATP availability while simultaneously supporting mitochondrial durability.
