DNR / NRH

Dihydronicotinamide Riboside (known as DNR or NRH) is a novel and exceptionally potent NAD+ precursor that increases NAD+ levels 2.5 to 10 times more than NR or NMN.

Unlike older precursors like NR and NMN that support the body's classical NAD+ pathway (NRK1/2), DNR utilizes a newly discovered salvage pathway to increase NAD+ more rapidly, potently and efficiently. NAD+ is a crucial marker of mitochondrial health and aging which has been shown to drastically decline with aging, chronic stress and chronic inflammatory conditions such as long covid and CFS.
